Our Champion Crew
Coach Pam moved to Florida in 2017 to open Champion Swim School in a state that needs it the most. She has spent 25 years teaching swim lessons, 8 years managing swim schools, and 12 years as a Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR/FA/AED Instructor. She swam competitively for 10 years and has always had a passion for teaching kids how to swim. She is both a UW Husky and a WSU Cougar and calls Seattle home. She loves networking with others in the field and learning more every year.
Coach Kyla has been teaching swim lessons since 2017 and is a very gentle instructor with a keen eye for proper swim techniques. She loves working with children and makes her classes fun while helping kids to make progress every day. She grew up around swim schools and could swim all 4 strokes at age 4! She is currently building her photography business and enjoys spending her free time with her friends at the beach.
Coach Stefanie has a gentle touch and excellent at communicating with fearful children in the water. She has a 4 year old daughter who learned to swim at Champion Swim School as well. She is from Edmond, Oklahoma, and has called Florida home for 15 years. During the day she is a VP at a local bank and when she is not at work you can find her sewing, running, walking or riding bikes with her daughter.
Coach Julie Brings a warm smile, fun and focus to her classes! She is an Army Veteran who has spent the last 29 years in he mortgage industry. She has called Florida home for 6 years and is from Indiana. Recently, she gave up her career to help raise her two beautiful granddaughters - who have also swam with Champion Swim School. She has two adult children with her husband of 28 years, Mike.
Coach Anna is currently a student at the University of Tampa. She recently moved to Florida from Bucks County Pennsylvania. She is an energetic swim instructor who has taught for 3 years and is also lifeguard certified. This will be her first summer in Florida and she plans to spend most of her down time at the beach with friends and family listening to her favorite music.

Coach Sabrina was born and raised in Florida and enjoys nature and being outdoors. She loves all water sports. She swims on a regular basis and loves working with children. She has a passion for safety and first aid. She is a positive and encouraging coach and is excited to teach swimming.
Coach Sam is a Junior in college studying forensic psychology and loves it! She was a competitive swimmer for 10 years and has been a daycare teacher for two years. She is Cuban and is an old soul at heart - and loves that old time rock and roll.
Coach Emily was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and has grown to love the water. She has a passion for teaching safety around water because it is so important to children of all ages and their parents! She enjoys being a Swim Instructor and Cheer Coach, and is also lifeguard certified. She plans to pursue a degree in elementary education, continuing her passion for teaching.
Coach Toni is an Army veteran and former firefighter for Orange County, FL. She has coached and taught swimming for many years. Toni and her husband have 4 adult children, one grandson, and two Yellow Labs. She lives in Flagler Beach loves the great outdoors. Her strong faith, husband, and family keep her sane and grounded and she always looks for ways to have fun and enjoy life.
Coach Emma is a born and raised Floridian who enjoys being in the water. She loves being around children & animals! Emma spends her free time training as an equestrian or doing anything outdoors! She has been surfing since she was a kid and loves water sports. She is also pursuing a degree in nursing. Emma has done extensive work in equine therapy to help children with special needs.
